Music that Matters

To You...

Music DOES matter to you! You listen to, or at least hear music every day, either on purpose or passively. How often do we find ourselves singing the hooks and phrases of the popular tunes of the day? And what are the messages we are repeating to ourselves, over and over  and over…

This thought from our FREE Report  – “…It’s been suggested that our subconscious, where our habits reside, has no defence or judgment against the sound of our own voice. The things that we say out loud about ourselves and others will, over time, become our reality. What you think about comes looking for you. When we’re singing in the shower, in our heads at the office or in the car during the daily commute, what are we convincing ourselves of?”

Mindful selection of what you listen to will profoundly effect what you feel about yourself and others. The messages that commercial media communicates is often calculated and deliberate. Listen to the music you love. Dance to it. Sing to it. And consider balancing it with additional music that will encourage your personal growth and accomplishment, many inspired by the text of some of the great thinkers of our’s and past eras.

Panda Express

Spring break 2016. The family packed up and headed to Tallahassee Florida to visit my wife’s sister and family. Her brother and his crew were also heading down so it was a pretty massive invasion, but all the cousins got to hang for a week of fun. The drive down was most interesting. It reconfirmed that I’m just not very patient. I had undergone shoulder surgery three weeks prior and was supposed to be in a sling for another three.... Read More
